We are excited to launch The First Minister’s Reading Challenge with our P4-7 pupils next week. The aim of this challenge is to further nurture our pupils love of reading and encourage them to go on their very own reading journey. They can challenge themselves to read as many different books as they can between now and May and share their experiences with their classmates.
They will all get a Reading Passport which they can use to track their reading journey during the Challenge.
You can find out more information about the Challenge and look at what you can do at home to support you child on The Scottish Book trust’s website: https://www.readingchallenge.scot/about/parents
